“Due to the heavy saturation JMS received this week and last night, the grounds were just to soggy for us to hold an event this evening,” stated Don Cliburn, Jackson Motor Speedway promoter, “We would have had to pull trucks not only in and out of the pit area and would be impossible to pull vehicles out of the General Admission parking because of the conditions of the grounds.”
