Persistent rain showers stalled over the St. Louis area have forced cancellation of the Sept. 13 NASCAR Dodge Weekly Series at Tri-City Speedway.

Double features in the Late Model division will be scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 20.

Spectator gates open at 6 p.m with racing at 7 p.m.

Naw terry,he aint chittin ya...but you want to know what is really bad...we called at 3:45..races were on..we live ruffly a 1/2 mile from the track..left the house right after the call....drove about a mile to get a pack a smokes..........got to the track oooooo about 4:00.and he was already gone and had told the guys to lock up behind him!

We hung out a while and talked with a few people......every official showed up,and nobody had been called and told it was cancelled!

Bob should of at least call his employee's and told them it was can.....If i were them i make him wonder if i was gonna show up next week my self.... TCS needs NEW Ownership and it could be the best track around if that would happen???????
 
well Dale at least you don't live an hour away and drive down there and have to turn around and come back home
