Tri-City Speedway waves green on NASCAR Weekly Racing Series presented by Dodge

Granite City, IL – The NASCAR Weekly Racing Series presented by Dodge kicks off Saturday, April 5 at Tri-City Speedway.

Late Models will battle it out on the lightning-fast half-mile dirt track while the ShorTrack Series Sportsman, Modifieds, Street Stocks and Hornets will duke it out on Tri-City’s tight quarter-mile bullring.

The Outlaw Mini Sprints are a new attraction to the weekly racing card. Perfectly suited for Tri-City’s quarter-mile dirt, the blindingly fast winged speedsters are sure to blow the racing fans away.

"This 2003 season includes something to please any racing fan," Tri-City owner and promoters Bob Wente, Jr., said."

Pits gates open at 4 p.m., spectator gates open at 6 p.m. with racing at 7 p.m. parking is always FREE. Tri-City Speedway is located one-half mile south of I-270 on Illinois Route 203 south (exit 4).
