The ULTIMATE Deep South Super Late Model Series has announced the first race of the 2019 season at ECM Speedway in Bremen, AL on April 13th. The event will be the first Super Late Model special event held by the track. The season opener will pay $3,000 to win and $400 to start.
“I am excited to have our season opener already on the schedule,” said ULTIMATE Deep South director Raymond Evans, “I’m looking forward to working with Chris and Tobbie for years to come building this event.”
ECM Speedway is a 3/8-mile clay oval. More details about the event will be announced as the date approaches.
“We are still working on naming the race,” continued Evans, “But we want everyone to know where and when the ULTIMATE Deep South will open the 2019 season.”
The ULTIMATE Deep South Super Late Model Series will have a minimum of a $10,000 total point fund for the 2019 season, paying $5,000 to the champion. The series will hold races in the Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas area.
