ULTIMATE Sanctioned USA 100 at Virginia Motor Speedway Reset for July 13th

Jamaica, VA – Officials of the ULTIMATE Super Late Model Series and the Virginia Motor Speedway announced today that the 34th Annual USA 100 has been rescheduled for Saturday, July 13th at Bill Sawyer’sVirginia half-mile facility. TheUSA 100 will carry sanctioning from the ULTIMATE Super Late Model Series and will pay $10,000 to the winner.

“This event is steeped in history and we wanted to find the best possible date for it. As it worked out the series was booked at another venue on July 13th but because of a schedule conflict with another facility in the same area we needed to change that date. We are now working to schedule a Friday night event to compliment the rescheduledUSA 100 as well. We hope to announce that date in the next few days.” said ULTIMATE Series Director Kelley Carlton.

The driver’s from the South will have their hands full with a tough contingent of Mid-Atlantic hot-shoes. This is sure to turn into an epic North versus South event once again.

Virginia Motor Speedway is pulling out all the stops once again to draw every Late Model in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast by offering tow money to any driver not making the A Main receiving $200. Virginia Motor Speedway and ULTIMATE series officials expect a large contingent of Super Late Models as teams flock to Bill Sawyer’s Virginia Motor Speedway for this special event.

Fans will also see the track’s Truckin Thunder Sportsman, Budweiser Modified and Collision One Limited Stock Car divisions in Virginia Army National Guard Dirt Series action.

Bill Sawyer’s Virginia Motor Speedway, an ASA Member Track, is a ½ mile dirt oval track is located on U.S. Route 17, eight miles north ofSaluda,VAand 25 miles south ofTappahannock,VAinJamaica, VA.
