Atlanta, GA – April 29, 2010 - Due to the impending bad weather according to three+ weather forecasting systems of a 50% chance of rain on Friday and up to a 90% chance of severe storms on Saturday for the Jackson, Mississippi area, the United Sprint Car Series Outlaw Thunder Tour www.uscsracing.com at Jackson Motor Speedway www.jacksonmotorspeedway.net has been postponed until Friday, June 4th.

"The severe weather from last weekend in the Central Mississippi area coupled with the forecast for more high winds and severe weather on this weekend, especially Saturday helped to make the decision early for the track management" stated Brian Jones of JMS. "USCS has agreed to return for the June 4th date during their 2010 Speedweek just a little over a month away".

"We are very disappointed about the weather we have gotten lately and it's effect on this race just like last Saturday's at Travelers Rest, SC, but, we are excited about the new date and look forward to working with Jackson Motor Speedway to make it a success." concluded Walton

Further details about the Friday, June 4th USCS at JMS will be available ASAP. Please visit www.uscsracing.com for updated schedules, etc.
