ELK RIVER, MN (January 14) – Karavan Motorsports and Craig Dollansky Racing are proud to announce the extension of their current contract with VMAC.

VMAC signed on with the 2000 World of Outlaws Gumout Series champion in 2001 and is extending its current contract through 2005.

"We're all very happy to have VMAC on board, and are looking forward to representing them in our quest for the World of Outlaws championship," Dollansky said.

Dollansky was among the World of Outlaws’ most consistent drivers in 2002, recording 57 top-10 finishes in 67 "A" Features. He was the series’ strongest driver during the final two months, finishing in the top eight in all 13 main events. Dollansky also raced into the top five 33 times and won "A" Features at Eldora Speedway and Nebraska Raceway Park while finishing third in the point standings behind former champions Steve Kinser and Danny Lasoski.

VMAC, which stands for Vehicle Mounted Air Compressors, is a very successful manufacturing company located in British Columbia, Canada. The company recently received the province’s "Exporter of the Year" award.

VMAC manufactures under-hood air compressor systems for pick-ups, vans and medium duty utility trucks, which can run heavy-duty air tools – like a jackhammer – directly off the truck's engine. The company builds the most powerful under-hood air compressor systems in the world, and its flagship VR70 is used by most cities across North America. VMAC has just released an awesome new product – the VR140. It provides enough power to run two jackhammers at once, fully powered by the VR under the truck hood, rather than from a big bulky tow-behind system. VMAC is again proving it is the benchmark in innovation for the mobile compressed air industry.

VMAC is also building on its 15-plus years of design and manufacturing excellence with the launch of a new division – VMAC Racing Products – to manufacture a variety of sprint car parts, such as front hubs, birdcages and more.

In addition to the #7 Maxim Dollansky races with the World of Outlaws, VMAC sponsors two sprint cars on the Northern Sprint Tour circuit on the West Coast. VMAC is very committed to the future of sprint car racing.

VMAC can be found on the Internet at www.vmac.ca or www.underhoodair.com and will be adding a web page for the racing division – www.vmacracing.com – soon. WoO
