EAGLE, Neb. - April 26, 2012 - The NAPA Auto Parts Outlaw Showdown at EagleRaceway originally scheduled for Friday night has been postponed to Wednesday,Sept. 19. Rain has soaked the area this week, and more rain on Friday isexpected to be combined with cold and windy conditions.
Tickets that were purchased in advance for Friday night will be valid forthe event on Sept. 19.
The NAPA Ticket Special for a $5 discount on general admission will continueat all participating NAPA Auto Parts stores. With the discount, adult ticketsare only $30 and children ages 6 to 12 are only $10.
Pit/Combo Tickets are also available in advance only (includes a reservedseat and a pit pass) by ordering online at SLSPromotions.comor by calling 1-815-344-2023 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Central)Monday thru Friday.
Donny Schatz picked up his third victory of the season on Wednesday atFarmer City Raceway in Farmer City, Ill., to regain the championship pointslead. Schatz has a five-point advantage over Sammy Swindell, with Kraig Kinser,Joey Saldana and Steve Kinser within 40 points.
The World of Outlaws will compete on Saturday at Knoxville Raceway inKnoxville, Iowa.
