Inside Line Promotions - BENTON RIDGE, Ohio (April 29, 2019) - Greg Wilson is getting tired of watching it rain.

Wilson and his Hercules Tires, DNC Hydraulics, Ohio Logistics and Gear Off Road sponsored team was unable to compete last weekend because of wet weather. With races last Friday at Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio, and at Wayne County Speedway in Orrville, Ohio, being washed out, six of the first eight points races have rained out.

"I'm getting stuff that I put off for three years done in the shop so I'm making headway at it," he said. "I'm starting to get antsy because we haven't raced much. The weather is beating this whole racing deal up."

Wilson and the All Stars are hoping for better weather this weekend with races on Friday at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pa., and on Saturday at Sharon Speedway in Hartford, Ohio.

Wilson posted a 10th-place result during his most recent race at Lernerville Speedway last September with the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series.

"We've raced there quite a few times and have had some really good runs," he said. "The promoters across the country are getting the tracks racy for us and Lernerville is one of those that gets wide by the end of the night. That makes it more exciting. When you go to places and it's multiple grooves you tend to be more excited about going there."

Wilson's most recent experiences at Sharon Speedway came in the summer of 2015. He placed fifth during an All Star Speedweek event in June before finishing 12th in his last race in July.

"It's a wide and pretty fast race track," he said. "The facility is pretty awesome. I'm excited to get back there. Sharon has been a mainstay with sprint cars for a long time."
