the bloomquist tire

With all due respect....can't you see the problem? Probably not because you are part of the problem.... Much like a dope addict living in denial.

I have never disputed the fact of what I do, nor denied that what I provide is against the rules of these sanctioning bodies. I understand fully that the products that I provide are against the rules. I am not in denial of any of that. And you know what, I'm not sorry either. If someone wants to buy something that is completely legal to buy, but then turn around and use it in a setting that doesn't allow it, well I will keep providing it.

Sir would you sell someone a box of chicken who had the intention of taking it into a Blues game where they don't allow outside food??? Yes you would. And I understand why, because it is your lively hood.

U.M.P should figure out what the penalty will be if you are caught before the season starts, maybe it would help act as a deterrent.Bloomquist races for 10,000 plus a night a local racer races for 1,000 a night put the fine high enough where a local wouldn`t want pay would also help.plus a lengthy suspension.

I knew it

You admit in your OWN post that your wallet doesn't mind destroying racing! I wish UMP would legally get a record of your customers via subpoena just to show you and everyone else this can be policed.

my problem is about local racers. i know there are some out there who can afford it along w/ the best of everything else, and i know there are many out there that cant afford it at all, race on a thin budget, run 2 month old tires just so the can run some laps and have a fun hobby to entertain us. thats where i think the biggest bs is. stuff defiantly needs to be dealt with. and as far as one of my favorites doing and getting caught.....all i would say to them is, serves you right a**hole and i would be done buying their apparel and anything else to support them.

See that is where you are missing the point. There is a misconception with what tire prep actually does. There are various different results of tire prepping. One of which is tire durability, which means low budget racers could actually get longer running time out of a tire. Which benefits them. Everyone that doesn't know about tire prep think it automatically means making a tire softer. Well that just isn't true. Yes making a tire softer is one result you can achieve, but there are far more. Of course it would benefit me to make it legal, but it WOULD NOT hurt the low budget racer at the same time. If you guys would just try to comprehend what I'm saying, you may see the other side. I GIVE ANY OF YOU AN OPEN INVITE TO CALL ME AND WE CAN TALK ABOUT THIS, AND JUST MAYBE, YOU WILL SEE MY POINT IF WE TALK. Seriously folks call me, even if you cuss me for the first five minutes I will take it. Then I think I can make a legit argument that you may not agree with, but you will understand what I am trying to say.

How could they show me anything???? What I do is NOT against the law, it is against their rules. Nothing I do is against the LAW. Stop trying to insinuate that I'm a criminal. I am not a criminal, nor are the customers that buy my product or any other manufacturer's product.

Nick they will never understand lol.......they need to live on 4cycle.com for about a month or so in the tires/prep section to truly be able to comprehend all the different results you can get with different preps. Hell, I have been racing karts for 5 years and I still learn new things everyday about tires and prep.

People different effects of prepping include (and I am sure Nick could add):
- Adding Bite WITHOUT SOFTENING......so you can still pass a duro rule and add bite to your tire.
- Softening
- Firing a tire off.....this will allow your tire to come in fast.
- Condition.....makes the rubber last LONGER and usually does so by putting oils back in the tire.

Long story short......they tried to stop it in karts and it didn't work. It is impossible to keep people honest and the money it would take to even make a half way decent attempt would be astronomical! UMP and WoO are not gonna spend that kind of money! Out of all of them I think LUCAS is doing the best job but they are still not doing it good enough and never will be able to!

Its a fact that every racer looks for that one advantage over someone else.....what is ironic is that we are all costing each other more and more money with all the little toys and tricks that are came up with:)

What Nick is doing is not illegal so there is no way a court would give an order to have his customers revealed. I would venture to say that most of our heros on the national scene are using it....not picking anyone out....just saying....

Nick they will never understand lol.......

You know Kurt I know that, but I still try to make them understand. I guess I just like the beating I take on here. Ignorance is bliss I guess. But you are right, I am convinced they will never understand, nor try to understand.

Its stinks that these guys are cheating up tires, but like you said, if you buy a gun from a gun shop, and then rob a bank, thats not the gun shops fault. Its the person using it.They should ban someone for 1 year from all events and all sactioning bodies if caught the first time. Then if caught a second time, your done.Money/fines wont stop it.You can always make more, but if you take away there livelyhood/ living, thats may detour it a bit more.Again though as stated, not sure how you would tech it cheaply or easily.

If there was a 99% chance of catching someone then I think the 1 year from all sanctions thing + lifetime ban for second time would be good.....it would help detour it. Hell, they need to do that now. There just isn't a solid way to catch all of it:confused:

And I hope they never find a solid way, and you should too Kurt. If they find one, then so could WKA. Then no more tire prep in karts as well. Seriously doubt there is a chance at either happening though.

I wouldn't necessarily have a problem with no more prep period....BUT if we are all doing it and there is no 100% method to ridding the racing world with it then we need to allow it. Some of this stuff is really bad for your health and nasty/smelly to deal with. I don't mind all that much....I feel it takes some of the driver out of it though JMO

Now this is where he will say "Once you run with my product you will see that your a better driver!!!" I said that once before. The DRIVER and set-up make the car go fast... But this jack arse would also argue that HIS product is just so awesome, hell you could probably let go of the wheel!!!

YES....racing CAN be an honest sport with honest people in it. But pricks like you make it hard to keep it that way. I wonder how many prank calls you been getting with your number out in public :D

(all referring to bleed blue)

Thanks 44taylor fan for saing what I was holding back!

I said this before and I think folks thought I was joking, train a dog to snif these tires, they are not going to beat it's sniffer!
I'm a little rusty in my dog training but I believe it can be done and would gladly take the job.

This is nothing new in racing someone looking for an edge that is,what about the guy building "allied sportsmans" with camaro stubs was he a cheating prick too?

I think if a dog can smell crack, heroin, dope, etc... In someones butt hole, it can smell chemicals on a tire... Yea, it will work. But if all the bodies know that they are making money off of it, they won't do enough to totally stop it.

I've never had to cheat to win at anything. EVER!!! And I still kick butt in everything I do. If I can't, then I need to work harder to get better... INTEGRITY must not have any meaning to some though...

If these tire dope manufacturers would just cut UMP a big enough check, they'll legalize it..... ;) Isn't that how it works?
