Rusty Griffaw ?

Driving to fast thru the pits. Ray Marlar made the call. Rusty's modified was overheating and he was trying to make it back to the trailer to spray the radiator down. But they don't care if you blow a 15-20 thousand dollar motor.

yea the motor is worth more than say my kid who was standing on the corner when the 16 car came blowing by and almost hitting the 42 car yea good judgment call!!!!!!

You sign a waiver for your child if they are under a certain age. It is your responsibility as a parent to know where you child is at all times. After the races I was walking thru the pits and a different modified driver was comingback to his trailer. He was going a little fast. I heard the motor and look to see were he was. then I stepped out of the way.
 
Then wonder why he left for a few week the first time!!! you guys screwed timmy last week and now this ****.. This looks like another belle dumpo move!!!

my child was standing by his kid mod with me so what should we do dive in the car when we hear the motor screaming by give me a break! so you condone driving to fast through the pits! i told my young driver dont ever let me catch you driving through pits like that!! im not into name calling lets have alittle respect also i guess i knew where my child was.

Wow Rayburn has screwd 2 people in 1 week... Mr Marler called Cory at St. Francois County Raceway and told him he didn't have his money to pay him for agreement for closing during the WOW show... He claims he doesn't know if Pevely is going to be able to afford to run all season... Now he's screwing Rusty for a second time....

And for somebody complaining about getting ran over... First off the pits are for race cars, if your in the pits, you need to be watching for ALL cars... If ya don't know how to do that, then stay out.... This guys have alot of there hard earned money in these cars... It's not your money that has to go into them...

I,ll bet you will NEVER see griffaw at pevley ever again. Even if it was a race for Griffaw to come make 1 lap by himself for money he wouldnt do it!!!!
 
Guess no one has been to a sprint car show because they fly thru the pits. Better not go to the World of outlaws in a couple weeks then.
 
So what do you do when ur at a track that pits on the outside that allows u to fix a flat under yellow and you only going to have a couple laps to change it. people drive four wheels to get to the car to fix the flat dont you think they wouldnt be driving fast. sounds like rusty got screwed.

Look Lady even Nascar has speed limits down pit row for a reason, Im a Rusty fan too but I have children and it only takes one idiot move to kill someone.....He could of had some idiot walk out in front of him and forced to try to avoid that person and hit someone who indeed was out of the way.......Come on peeps WTF quit taking the "stupid" pills.....thinking like this is why america is screwed up !

Two people are at fualt here, Rusty for speeding, and the people who where in the way... why would you stand that close to the pit entrance for one, and two why would you be in the aisle where race cars come through?
 
When he was on three wheels & almost { within 18 in of hitting a truck & trailer} & 2 officials . also did not want to stop at the back pit gate when there was people crossing the track after the race!

As a person, when you purchase your ticket, enter the pits, and sign a waiver, you take a certain amount of responsibility for your, and your child's, safety at the track. That said, it's also up to the drivers to try to be mindful of the people in the pits. But several times I've seen fans in the pits lollygagging around in the middle of the drive aisle during a caution, and almost get hit by a late model or modified coming in to change a tire.

Rusty Griffaw should've known better though, considering he's always under scrutiny by the officials at Pevely.
