agreed the best dirt track announcer ever. he had a way of making us spectators love the races more.

weather looks great. one of the high points of the year is mod mania. too bad nhra decided to change their usual timing but will be there tonight for sure

not only great racing, but ran as well as i've seen a race run in a long time. action quick, very little down time & ending at reasonable hour. good job!!!!!

i should have said best track in my opinion from the standpoint of getting best races in. i go to all. highland is nice with the stands when it's hot, but i like to sit close & highland is furthest away of the group. pevely is a very close 2nd. if the county would solve the road situation so the...

if work is done don't replace with metal. just go to gateway any time during the summer & you'll see why!!! still by far the best facility in the area & if i had kids would not be a reason not to come. playground they have is top notch.

how was parking, i was worried about. don't go to dome other new car show each year & since attendance times are spread out not a big deal. the weather was sure a bummer. where there a lot of no shows?

rusty-you're right. congrads on a great season yourself & fri was like old times, you & big block battling it out.

would love to been a birdy in the pits with kloos looking for a ride for feature, wouldn't have beat manville anyway, as he close to track record in time trials & nobody close to him. but alteast he would have had a fighting chance of finsihing.

agree fastcat, at work just waiting for 5:00, so can head over. a real high point of racing season. like i said just wish wasn't same weekend as NHRA, so could go to all the shows.

one day away & can hardly wait. just wish that TRI took into account the weekend NHRA is in town, will miss atleast 1 night that would have been there.
