‘DIRT NATION’ WELCOMES THE LADIES & WoO LATE MODELS

Saluda, VA --- DIRT NATION, one of the fastest growing and most popular weekly racing radio programs broadcast over the world wide web has a couple interesting programs being produced for this coming Monday evening and the weeks ahead. In addition to Monday’s night’s ‘Women In Racing’ themed show upcoming shows will carry a ‘theme’ the show’s hosts have announced. DIRT NATION airs every Monday evening from 8:00 – 10:00 PM EST and can be accessed over the internet at: www.racetalklive.com

Monday January 12 will be a special “Ladies In Racing” program on Monday January 12 when dirt Late Model star Sherri Heckenast of Illinois guests along with Steel Block Late Model champion Kristin Flory of Ohio, DIRT LATE MODEL Magazine Art Director Susan Lee and motorsports marketing representative Michelle Petroff.

“We have a lot of special shows lined up for the coming months and a few surprises in store,” said co-host Brian Tidball. “Listeners won’t want to miss any of the upcoming weeks.”

“We thought it would unique to get the perspective of racing from a woman’s point of view so we invited some very intelligent and talented ladies to join us, which they graciously will Monday evening,” said Dave Seay, co-host and producer. “With so much going on in the industry we may, of course, have to make some minor adjustments when something big breaks, but for the next couple weeks we hope to continue with our theme shows and are working on booking shows featuring drivers and reps from MARS, MACS and others.”

DIRT NATION is quickly becoming an audio leader in dirt motorsports media coverage as new listeners continue to be added to the growing audience who tune in for all the latest news and topical guests.

“On Monday we’ll talk about the new World of Outlaws Late Model Series since it’s a breaking story but we’ll have a whole show the next week devoted to the new organization,” explained Doc Lehman, the third co-host of the show. “On Monday January 19 the whole two hours of DIRT NATION will be devoted to the new series. Boundless Motorsports, Inc. and Bobby Hartslief, Chief Operating Officer of Boundless Motorsports and the new World of Outlaws Late Model Series has graciously agreed to appear. We’re now in the process of arranging for a couple drivers and perhaps another official to guest.”

DIRT NATION features in depth interviews with the show’s weekly guests (national and regional). Joining hosts Seay, Tidball and Lehman each week is Ron Fleenor, a close family friend and spokesperson for the Duayne Hommel family, who updates listeners on the continuing progress of Hommel who suffered severe head injuries following a traffic accident on September 23 near Newport, TN.

Dirt Nation which can also be heard on its host radio station, “The Outlaw” 1490 AM, will be taking the next couple weeks off due to the host radio station changing formats. The show will return in full force on Monday evening January 5 and will air every Monday evening from 8:00 – 10:00 PM at: www.racetalklive.com
