Junction City, KY- June 18, 2010- The National All Star Racing Association made its second visit of 2010 to Ponderosa Speedway and when all was said and done, David Webb of Nicholasville, KY grab the NASRA $2,000 payday after a 70 minute delay for a blown transformer prior to the completion of support division heats. The start of the 30 lap, $2,000 to win NASRA Cruise with the Champions A-Main would see Justin Rattliff jump to the race lead, followed by Dustin Neat, David Webb, Michael Chilton, and Dustin Linville. The order remained the same until caution flew on lap 4 for a spin by Bobby Wolter, Jr. in turn four. Back underway, Webb, Chilton, and Linville would go three-wide for third, with Linville coming away with the spot and giving chase to Rattliff and Neat. With Rattliff and Neat pulling away a bit from the field by lap 9, Rattliff would start the process of lapping slower traffic one round later on lap 10. The caution waved again on lap 12 when Brandon Hardgrove would slow on the backchute with a flat right rear tire. The restart would be brought as well when Dale Dillon hit the restart cone, causing the caution to reappear. Back underway, Linville would slip past Neat for second on the restart, while D.J. Wells made his way into fifth past Chilton. Linville, Neat, and Webb would battle for second, with Webb winning a three-wide battle for the position as the halfway signal was given on lap 15. The top five would remain the same as lap 20 was scored, but Webb had reeled in race leader Rattliff and this duo would begin to dance for the top spot and they started working slower traffic, while Victor Lee would drive into fifth. The front pair would go side-by-side for the lead on laps 22 and 23 before Webb would gain the top spot on lap 24. Meanwhile, Lee continued to charge his toward the front and would take fourth from Neat on lap 24 as well, with Wells taking fifth from Neat one circuit later.
