A bounty should go to the hunted after a certain amount of time (i.e. the bounty should mature). Otherwise it just puts an unfair load on the car winning, because he is smarter and more talented.

Shouldn't have to put up $50. Cars should have already been inspected for various infractions.If the rules say no aluminum heads, then there shouldn't be any. The only ones I've seen inspected this year have been the Bombers. I don't get to go to Brownstown every week, therefore others might have been looked at.
 
Why would you run aluminum heads when you can run steel ones that are just as good and legal? I highly doubt such a rumor is true. With the rules they have at Brownstown I don't see how you could cheat in the motor department. Besides the 99k ran with him with a 500 2 barrel on his car.
