Wonder if they will allow coolers like Haubstadt?
 
You'll have to bring it (or buy it in Paducah) if you want beer. I think you can only buy liquor at restaurants in the county, but I could be wrong.
 
i think they are pushing the season passes because it said if you get a season pass for $300 it would figure out to about $12
 
i understand these people made a huge financial investment here, but I think the $15 to get in is a bad idea. They havent raced down there for a while, and I would think if it were $5.00 to get in the fans would return faster and they would look better to potential sponsors having 600-800 fans in the stands rather than 200 or 300. JMO
 
I really think they should consider the cooler thing if they are going to do the 15 admission - not just about beer, but sodas and sandwiches for families. I know tracks make a ton on concessions, but there's a whole lot of tracks east of here who have made it work for years. Haubstadt has a huge fan base, coolers welcomed, and the concession lines still long
 
They better put for sale back on the light up board you can see from the road not a chance this place will make this work at these prices I hope I'm wrong but I doubt it
 
Thats nutz look at Clay County low admission prices and a trak pak at concessions brings the whole family and gets word to neighbors to come check it out...stands full every night
 
I don't see this idea working out. Yeah, it's not so bad if you plan on attending every night...but good luck attracting new fans. It doesn't really affect me (although I plan on going to the NDRL show), but I hate to see any track close.

They need to try something new. It seemed like the Heckenasts promoted that track like crazy, but still couldn't make it work.

Park your car on the front stretch at every track that doesn't let you in for free and see how fast your race car becomes a yard ornament...
