1984 buick electra station wagon demo car

I have a 1984 Electra Wagon. Some minor rust but really very solid car from what I've seen. Runs and drives but with no muffler and brakes need to be bled, they don't really work too well. It does still have the radiator and I do have a title. Will need a battery or I can start it just to load and will need rims and tires because I'm keeping the big bolt rallies that are on it. Could also load it then take them off.
In waterloo IL, 62298... not far from St. Louis.
