Such a disappointment with the weather.

We have looked at all area race track schedules not to conflict with any of them and were looking at:

Labor Day Weekend - Sunday, September 4th

We want to make this a great event for all and this looks like it would work.

Please let us know by responding with your name & car # and yes or no
on Sunday, Sept 4.

i would rather race it this friday but i can understand not wanting to step on anyones toes.

but i say yes tommy gaither #14 truck
 
labor day would be an excellent choice, far enough away people can make plans for it, racers and fans alike!
 
Man oh man thats over 2 months away. It will make for a good weekend.you got my vote!!
 
If we don't run it Labor Day weekend then we won't be able to run it at all. You can't run a big show like this on a Friday
night with out eliminating other divisions and right now with the rain were trying to get as many races in as possible letting
all divisions run on regular shows.

We would have rather run it right away, but there was not a date prior to Labor Day weekend, this is also a Holiday weekend and it
will work for alot of drivers and families.

This is gonna be a great show for the Street Stocks and something were going to build on each year.

This is just a thought but if you run the race on sunday, have you givin any thoughts to not running the ss class on the friday before it. I know that I spent most of my 4th of july working on my car after fri to have it ready for sunday. I really would love to go into the weekend knowing that the car will be ready so i can enjoy some recreation time over the holiday. Just a thought.
 
We had alot of calls and emails in favor of running this Labor Day Weekend Sunday, Sept 4th.

We have decided to reschedule the Takin It To The Streets Sunday, Sept 4th.

Entries are open to anyone to would like to Enter.
Deadline for Pre Entry is Friday, August 26th ($50 to Pre Enter)
Late Entries after August 26th will be a ($75 Entry - if late)

The Entry form on our website will be updated with the New Date and Entry Deadline.

We will be having a Takin It To The Streets Event Shirt made with all Pre-Entry Names on the back.
Deadine to get your name on the shirt is Friday, August 19th.
