50/50 at I-55

I 'm sure all those people last weekend at Eldora were their for the 50/50 wait second they haven't the 50/50 in about 10 years scruffy probably mad because his favorite driver didn't do so well and Debbie real race fans stay as long as physically they can some time they have commitments that priority

Them beloved latemodels are what makes the dirttrack racing exciting Mrs. cummins, it sure in the H... isnt the Sportsman cars. i would rather watch the hornets. as for the 50/50 the folks that left before the drawing thats your fault get over it . That was some very good racing lastnight well worth the $ have a nice day..:)

i will respectively disagree with the first half of your statement. everything else is right on.

i tend to ignore mrs. cummins replies. especially about being a real racefan. i highly doubt it that she would even be at the races if her little jimmy wasnt racing.

I agree with Hard Lefts & lisser54 that was some really good racing in all three classes, I did stay for all three and I had a lot of fun last night. If you left before the sportsman race well than you missed a great race and that was your choice!:D I also thought Bryan Collins is looking a lot better in his rocket each week that B main had everyone on their feet to see who crossed the finish line first. As to the 50/50 if you leave before they call the winning number then you know that that was your choice of not being their if they call your number. If you are not going to stay for the majority of the night then don't buy one the LM feature was earlier than scheduled to try and make the fans happy. Like some of you have said before no matter what the tracks try to do to make the fans happy there will always be some that never seem to be happy. Thank you I-55 crew for making last night a great night of racing!:D;)

If you would have stayed the extra 5 or 10 minutes that it took you to start this thread, you would have been there for the drawing.

If I am gonna make a post making fun of what someone said I would at least reply in the English language. You even edited your post. Did you read it? You might have even had some valid and interesting points to make. Your intent was to make fun of Scruffy but hes not the one your made look silly. IMHO.

when you leave right after the late models you usually are stuck in the parking lot anyway so you might as well watch the mods or sportsman.

Thats if you weigh 300 + lbs like most of the people out there, like bigevil, dirthound and I'm sure the list goes on those 2 I know are 300 bills plus.

i tried to be nice in my first post to this thread so here goes. scruffy, are you really that dumb? to start a i don't like the way 50/50 was done thread. thats the dumbest thing i've heard. from my past encounters with you, maybe you should just quit going to the races altogether. you do nothing but complain or in this case, find something to complain about. here's some friendly advice, don't sweat the little stuff. p.s. better not go to the out-house while they are callin the lottery numbers. you may miss them.

Hey big evil or is it big fat *** you should know all about the out-house thing I'm sure your dumbass has been caught in there a few times. Caught doing what I don't know but I'm sure you were caught.

To Mr. Scruffy...

As I said you all can say what you want,I'm sure I wasn't the only one of the hundreds of people leaving with 50/50 in their pockets. I go to watch Lms and so does half the crowd any where you go period,Debbie just cause your son races sportsman don't make you a real race fan sorry lady, now go whine about that.By the way Debbie look at the time you posted,I wasn't staying till 1:00 some people have to work and I had been up since 5:30 worked till 4 and came straight to the track. So I was ready to go after the Lms,I would have like to stay for the mods but I didn't. I wouldn't have stayed for your beloved sportsman no matter what time it was!Jimmy you love making excuses don't ya??

Well, Mr. Scruff, because my son races a Sportsman (2002 Rookie of the Year, 2005 TCS Champ, and 2005 Fayette Co. Champ), and raced a Bomber (now called Purestock) for 2 years (finished 2nd in points both years), and raced a Modified for one year (2006 TCS Rookie of the Year), that makes me a race fan; better than an average race fan, in fact, because I live it every day. Racing for us isn't only on Friday or Saturday night...it's everyday of the year. We never take time off from our racing program....we live it! And we do take time off from work to race; we arrange vacation time to race, and we don't take vacations in order to race. You should be thanking us and all of the other racers, all classes included here, for making it possible for you to watch the races when and if you want to.

And even if you don't thank us, you're still welcome, because my son, and my husband, and I, myself, love to race, so we will still keep doing it so you can put your sorry butt in the stands whenever you want to and can leave whenever you want to...we will stay until the last racer pulls his or her car off the track. :D

To Mr. BBAY62

Them beloved latemodels are what makes the dirttrack racing exciting Mrs. cummins, it sure in the H... isnt the Sportsman cars. i would rather watch the hornets. have a nice day..:)

Excuse you? There were 46 Sportsman cars at I-55 last night. That's 46 different groups of pitcrews, fans, family members, neighbors, fellow workers, etc. that came to the races to watch their Sportsman driver race. There were 51 Modifieds, and the smallest class of cars was the Late Models with only 39 entries. Do you actually think that Ray Marler could make the payout for the night with only the Late Models running? I think not.

Where do you go when the Modifieds and the Sportsman are running their races? Or do you actually watch their races too? And, BBAY62, the Hornets only run at Highland; the Pro-4's run at Pevely. Have a nice day! ;)

To deliveryguy...

i tend to ignore mrs. cummins replies. especially about being a real racefan. i highly doubt it that she would even be at the races if her little jimmy wasnt racing.

Do I know you personally? Do you know me personally? I don't think so. So I will let you in on some information about me. Do you know that I attended all but 2 (two) races at Belleville in 2005 because I promised AARA to do Junior Fan Club there every Friday night while my son and husband drove to Brownstown to race. Jimmy won the championship at Fayette County Speedway that year and I missed it because I was at Belleville.

Do you know that I do attend races when my son doesn't race? No you don't. I attended the Modified Mania Race at I-55 when my son wasn't racing, and I have attended races when our car wasn't able to race. Just about the only time I miss a race is to attend a family function or wedding, otherwise I'm at the races.

And, my son isn't "little jimmy", dude. I'm very proud of my son and his accomplishments in racing. What are your accomplishments in racing? or your son's? Huh? Got any? If you want to talk to me in person, look for me at Belleville on the back side at the Jr. Fan Club table before the National Anthem every Friday night, or at I-55 at the Jr. Fan Club table just inside the gate. I sit in section C at Pevely on the front straight, proudly wearing a green Jimmy Cummins t-shirt. I'd love to meet you!
