7yo racing

does anyone know of any tracks that allow 7yo boys to race? I have heard of some tracks letting the younger ones start from a dead stop but dont know where, im in the mt vernon IL area.

Bedrock Speedway in Belleville runs a gas class for kids 5-8 yrs old. They start from a dead stop. Racing every Friday night. Great track run by great people.
 
most any track will let a 7 yo race,you can start racing in karts at 5 years old in the rookie,that would be the class for a 7 yo...good luck!
 
i was told that rookie was for 8 year olds and older is why i thought he could not race in that class, he turns 7 next month so he will be 7 all season next year till like the last month, belle rive is the closest but the racing is a little rough in the rookie class to turn my boy loose with those kids there till he gets some experience, i may check out belleville but that is so far away I wish someone south of there started from a dead stop too
