Had a blast

I have to say we had a blast down there.It was fun being on the track with some of the guys that race big cars from sfcr.I'm still a little sore but atleast I finished lol.Just to let some know the # 16 and #22 are for sale.Kenny is going to get ahold of Devon Abney and find out some prices.The 16 cart is a pretty good cart it carried my big butt and held up.

I was wondering how many people would be interested in this class ? If there were enough interested in the class I will talk to Bob and see if Devon would bring the ones he had for sale to a meeting. Either PM me or just post here if interested.We went to watch and never expected to race but that was an added bonus. I personnally think this class would be fun and inexpencive to operate.... Kenny and I were trying to figure that out on the way home that night. We figured it would probably be around $600-700 at most. 1.5" tubing, 10 hp tekumsi (sp??) motor, lawnmower or golf cart wheels/tires... there's really not much to them. Spindles were made of an old driveshaft yoke and u joint...everythings pretty simple and low cost. They looked like ALOT OF FUN. Everyone was having a good time. I'd like to see them at Doe Run.

I talked to Bob yesterday and he is all for the class if we have enough interest in it. Untill we build one I can not be exact on price but I would say buying most stuff as cheap as possible that we can build one for less than $1000. They have a track in Viburnam, Cuba , and Rolla that race these type cars. He said to see how many interested and if enough he will have a meeting at Doe Run soon. Pass the word ................

same here i would like to run one and i am sure i can get 2 or 3 of the lawn mower guys from backwoods racing to build one i would like to see this class it would be some good racing
