you could be right,however your friday night racers will still race at their friday night tracks.however i do agree with dirtboy i think pevely is gonna take a hit.people are tired of allied.and the biggest reason for going to mongomery county is their payoff makes pevely look stupid.you would think pevely would be a little more competetive with the payouts.jmo
 
I am from Sullivan Mo, and I plan on racing purestocks at pevely when I get car ready, I believe there will be more like me that come along during the year.

listen guys allied is a pretty good association and i for one used to be a doubter but i dont believe that the body on any racecar makes any difference in fact the truck body would be more of a hinderance i for one like seeing different vehicals it makes for a more interesting night of racing not looking at the same cars all the time and i say check all cars for rule infractions before droppin an ax on a truck bodied metric car
 
If anybody cares about this thread, went to the rules meeting this year for allied , would not even be talking about this cause this question got asked twice by dave monterouso( THEY SAID THEM TRUCKS ON CAR FRAMES WOULD NOT BE RUNNING UNDER ALLIED RULES AT PEVELY). I think that speaks for it self . m f alied all you what thats what they said then! put a car body on it or don,t run at pevely or don,t DONE
 
this class is getting out of hand in a hurry. if i didnt have my sportsman car sold, i was going to keep it and run it as a bomber in a few years. i could just run my nova lowers, weld some upper a-frame mounts on it where ever i wanted and be good to go.......

tommy, you could just get some sheet steel and make your own body.....
 
I'm sorry,I was told the wrong info... I had a set of those 180 degree headers on a car I used to own,I always thought they were cool!!! I call them bumblebee headers....;)
