On the Allstar Circuit of Champions schedule it says that they have a race at Mt.Vernon Raceway on July 3rd.....Is this true?

Yes the allstars site says they are there on july 3rd.

Did the ALL STARS ever get that mess straightened out about Belle-Clair Speedways rain out from last year?
I heard they sold a LOT of tickets but never had the show due to rain but then never rescheduled it or issued refunds to fan ticket holders or for drivers pit passes.

No they didn't.Not yet.
They are still playing ring-around-the-rosey with who is responsible.
I have a couple tickets from that show that I would love to use at Mt V as that is my home track but even though I have asked if I can use them they have not answred me.I would go but after Belle-Clair's ordeal I'm afraid of rain and then I will have more tickets to ALL STARS that I paid for but can't use.JMO
