just found out illinois attorney general is having a hearing about getting refunds for tickets and pit passes on aug. 24 2006. if you have tickets or pit passes you can contact Shannon M. DeLaMar assistant attorney general at east central regional office (217)278-3366 or fax (217)278-3370.you can also go to www.illinoisattorneygeneral.gov consumer complaint and download the form to fill out and fax in.make copy of your ticket or pit pass and send it also. this is for the ALL STAR CIRCUIT of CHAMPIONS race that was rained out and never rescheduled
