Anyone have a copy of I-55's minor release form?

The one that has to be signed by both parents so your kid can go in the pits? I missed them when they were in the office on Wednesday, and I would like to have one already filled out and signed before heading to the track tomorrow. Thanks!

Scott--I looked but couldn't find one. I know I have seen them on other tracks' websites though. But that's not to say I didn't miss it, so if it is on there and someone could post the link, that would help dummy me out!

If it is signed away from the race track it must be notarized. You can get one at the pit gate window, fill it out there and the person who gives it to you is the witness to you signing it. As long as one parent is with the minor child and fills it out right there, we will take the release, but like I said, if it is signed away from the track you must have a notary witness it.
