Jimmy Dearing assaults Bleed blue at Pevely. Then Bleed blue was discriminated against and kicked out for defending himself.

Are you sure that your not bleed blue? Its funny that this is your first post...... Good Luck in a different career Bleed Blue but please get out of this one......... Your not WELCOME!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
If the story I heard is accurate, it was Bleedblue who committed 2nd Degree Aggravated Assault with a Motor Vehicle (a class C felony and up to 7 years). At the very minimal, it was 3rd Degree.
 
Man, I wanted to go to the races last night, but after delivering 37,000 pounds of freight (myself) Tuesday and Wednesday in the armpit of hell (Nebraska, 103*F, heat index 115*F), and 42,000 pounds of freight in the groin pit of hell (Oklahoma, 106*F, heat index 120*F), I didn't feel like sitting in the heat.

I hope everything turns out ok for Jimmy. :)
 
Nick - How about telling us your side of the
story. Kinda sounds like you were the one
that got screwed. Kinda sounds like Pevely.
 
warrior42 - Why don't you mention the part where I was standing in turn one taking photos and Nick uses his four wheeler and slings it sideways at me, just missing me by about a foot and covers me up with dirt and mud. Very few people would of let him just get away with trying to punk them like that.

By the way, he was being thrown out already at that point.

Get your story straight.
 
Mr. Marlar came to me during hotlaps while I was on the infield and said I had to leave. I talked to him on the phone yesterday morning and he never said anything about there being a problem with me being there. It's an hour and a half to get there for me, but I love racing so I went. I was sitting in turn 1 and began to exit off the track and Mr. Marlar said no the other way(he wanted me to go out where the cars enter the track), so I turned around and went out that way. When I got to the top of track an official stopped me, I don't know why, as soon as I stopped I was pulled off my 4wheeler. After that I was just doing what anyone else would do and that's defend myself. I was alone and I didn't know how many of them were after me. I then packed up my 4wheeler, as I was doing that Dearings son drove by and rolled his window down and laughed at me and I just waived politely. I'm trying my best to handle all of this as professional as I can, as hard as it's getting to do, I'm not going to give them what they want and that's for me to act like a fool and unprofessional. That's my side and I have plenty of witnesses.

Also, why don't you explain the reason you called Ray Saturday as well as earlier in the week to everyone!

this is getting to be such a joke. i dont know nick gieseking, but it seems to me that there are a lot of people around that have 'hard ons' for him that dont know him either. i have never had him do any work for me, so i dont know what it costs, but i doubt i can afford. well, i could probably afford it because it sounds like it saves racers money on tire wear, but i like racing too much to risk getting busted and getting kicked out for a few months. the only reason i can see this being much of an issue is that they are getting the tires to last a lot longer, which is cutting into hoosiers tire sales and into UMP cut of the tire money, and probably a chunk of change that the tracks get. i am still looking for a race track to do something that saves drivers money.

How many of "them" did you see, and why did you feel "they were after you" or feel a need to defend yourself? Could it be that you initiated an act of violence towards someone and they were chasing you?

I didn't intentially throw dirt/mud at anyone. Ray told me that I couldn't go out that way so I had to turn the 4wheeler around once I was already headed in the wrong direction. If dirt/mud got on you then you were just in the wrong spot at the wrong time, I apologize for that.

As far as the conversations Mr. Marlar and I had, it was about tire prep, my tire prep. They have a gallon of one of my products and they are having it broke down in a lab as far as I know. He wouldn't give me details and I wouldn't expect him to. He is the owner of the track and he is doing what he thinks he needs to do about tire prep. That's what we talked about, I'm not hiding anything. If you care to share more details then that's up to you, but out of respect to Mr. Marlar that's all I'm going to say.
