B-Mod Gear

I posted sometime last fall asking what gear to run in the B-Mod class and I can't seem to find the post. SOOO, my buddy is trying to get setup for his first year and we were wondering what gear should be used. He will be running a 2 barrel 360 motor with 3 link suspension. Would like to turn right at 7,000 rpm's. The gears available are 6.00 and 6.20. I'm needing to give one to him and sell the other.
