Barren County Speedway Features NARA Modifieds This Sunday, May 30
Glasgow, KY-May 24- Barren County Speedway returns to action on a new night starting this Sunday night, May 30. The racing program will feature the weekly NARA Modifieds, paying $600 to win this Sunday. Also on the racing program will be the Pro Street, Pure Street, Chevette, and Frontrunners.
Barren County Speedway reopened this past Friday night under the new promotion team of NARA president Spencer Wilson, Tony and Debbie Rose, and Josh King and had the NARA Battle of the Bluegrass Late Models in action with Greg Johnson taking the win. Other division winners this past weekend were Randle Sweeney in Modifieds, Bear Ballard in Pure Streets, Larry Greer in Pro Streets, and Brandon Bardin in Chevettes.
Activities will begin on Sunday with pit and main gates opening at 2:00. Drivers meetings will be at 5:30, with hot laps set to begin around 6:00, with racing to follow after. All times are CDT.
