Hey Larry how many karts total were in the outlaw class?

I have got two questions:

#1. In the Rookie class is Andrew Johns, Jeff Johns boy?

#2. I used to bowl with a Mike Smallwood when i was younger and was wondering if this was the same person. Only thing i can think of to describe him is that he had red hair.....lol. Mainly wondered because my last name is Smallwood too.

If anyone can answer those questions i would appreciate it. Just a curious mind wondering
