At this moment The Weather Channel's website is calling for 54 degrees with a 40% chance of rain at 7pm.

Had quite a shower and pea size hail here at Westport Plaza. Still raining.

Decent shower downtown and it's heading east. Storm continues to build over stl on the radar. Fingers crossed...

Not raining in Central Belleville (approx. 43rd St.) Track is a few miles away.

Well, yes there is. Some rains are just sprinkles and you don't get too wet, takes quite a while to get soaked in this kind or rain. Then there is the wet, soaking through your clothes rain. If you stood out in the rain we got in Waterloo, you'd be wet pretty soon. See?
I really do want to see Jimmy race tonight! It's been a long time since October.

Well, sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but it just started to come down here in Belleville. Will have to see how long that it lasts.
It was quick, but a little hard. It has stopped coming down, but the ground is wet. Nothing on the radar behind what just happened about a half hour ago.
