This link has the last lap of a qualifing heat at the New Zealand Super Saloon Champs. The yellow car is Craig Richards who raced a latemodel here last season. The two cars are racing for the win.

It is an awesome track, a local bussiness man and former stockcar driver decided to build the ultimate speedway and $20 million later this is what he ended up with. The pits have running water and air at every second park, all paved, there is a resturant under the corporate grandstand. They play rugby there during the offseason so it is a multipurpose venue. The World of Outlaws sprintcars are running there this weekend.

He is a former national champ that has switched to Sprintcars, just jumped into his old car for the title. In his defense the track is very drivey and there were some pretty big ruts. Neither driver backed off, the yellow car actually won the race as they went back to the last recorded lap.
