(BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS) Dirt Late Model Hall of Famer Billy Moyer captured his second 'Dream 100' title at the famed Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio over the June 11-13 weekend! The highest-paying event in our industry was spread out over three days due to inclement weather. Billy timed in thirtieth fastest of the 104 entrants during qualifying on Friday night and with the help of an invert of five, the Batesville, Arkansas native found himself starting on the pole of the sixth heat race on Saturday.

The driver known as "Mr. Smooth" then won his heat race on Saturday to earn the pole position for the 100-lap main event, which was pushed back until Sunday afternoon due to Mother Nature. Outside polesitter Ray Cook got the jump on the field at the drop of the green flag and Billy rode in the second position for the first twenty circuits. Following a lap twenty restart, Billy made his move and grabbed the top spot from Cook and never looked back. The 1998 'Dream 100' winner led the final eighty laps around the slick 1/2-mile oval to pocket the hefty $100,000 payday over Ray Cook, Dale McDowell, Chris Madden, and Scott Bloomquist. You can access complete results from the "Big E" by pointing your web browser to www.eldoraspeedway.com.

"The track was very treacherous to say the least, but I just had to stay smooth and consistent, which is not easy to do when the track is that slick and the cushion is right against the wall," exclaimed a jubilant Moyer following his tenth win of the 2010 campaign. "It has been awhile since we won a big race at Eldora, so you can't imagine how good it felt to get back into victory lane at that place. The whole team has put a lot of effort into getting our program better at Eldora and I think we finally hit on something. I just have to thank everyone that is associated with Billy Moyer Racing, all of my great sponsors, crew, and family for their support and dedication!"

Billy Moyer Racing (BMR) will tackle the start of the grueling UMP Summer Nationals this week in the states of Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin. While Billy does not have any plans to follow the entire "Hell Tour," he will be a constant on the month-long journey through the Midwest. At this time, Billy has committed to attending the first four events and will see how things go from there. You can watch the newly-crowned 'Dream 100' winner sling dirt at the following venues this week:
