This is OUR club. You are guilty until you prove yourself innocent. We are judge jury and executioner. Don't bother suing us cause you will end up paying for it. Keep your crew in line. You better make damn sure your stickers are in the correct place......... Pretty much how I read it. I would love to hear a lawyers take on this document.

As far as I know no one has tried Dirtcar. I'm glad someone is. I'm sure many if not all the drivers who have been busted for tire tampering in the past are paying real close attention to this.
 
I for one am glad this is happening. The tire testing methods and sample collection process is flimsy at best. Way to many variables can be brought up to cast doubt on the whole deal. If this was the police investigating a murder and collecting evidence. Every killer would walk. lol As a matter of fact I don't see any tire testing policy/procedure standing up in a court of law. The only way I see any sanctioning body getting rid of tire doping or the possibility of it is to have a tire truck/trailer at every race to supply the racers with their tires shortly before race time so they have no time to doctor them. jmo
