WEEDSPORT, NY.....In a highly anticipated announcement from Boundless Motor Sports Racing, Inc. (OTCBB: BMSR) Chief Operating Officer Bobby Hartslief, Boundless has successfully formulated a new dirt late model tour in 2004.

The highly-touted World of Outlaws Late Model Series is set to be unveiled Feb. 3-8 during Race Weeks '04 at Volusia Speedway Park in DeLeon Springs, Fla.

"We're looking forward to the challenge this new series brings, with high hopes that we can continue to grow it in the future," said South Africa native Hartslief. "We've collected a lot of key pieces in a short period of time and it all comes together in Florida. The results will certainly help dictate our methods of preparation and operation during the coming months."

Fifteen individual track owners/promoters, a half-dozen officials and two standout late model drivers were in attendance on Jan. 23 as the Hyatt-Regency Hotel in Pittsburgh, Pa. played host to an informative meeting to discuss the groundwork for the fledgling LM Series.

Hartslief was accompanied by Boundless representatives Roy Mers, and Public Relations Director Terri Metzger, along with recently instated LM Series Competition Director Bobby Jackson. World of Outlaws' President and founder Ted Johnson and late model stars Scott Bloomquist and Mike Balzano also attended the one-day affair.

Discussions focused on WoO's emergence as the fifth-largest racing tour in the world implementing the concept of 'Outlaws vs. Locals' and how that same formula could be used in the new late model tour. End results centered around the many advantages gained by those track owners/promoters, drivers, sponsors and fans associated with the series.

Hartslief disclosed the names of those drivers comprising the World of Outlaws Late Model Series 'Dirty Dozen,' outlined some basic rules and regulations, purse format and projected race winnings. He also covered national co-op advertising, as well as developing radio and television coverage.

"Everything is professional about this new series, this is the way to go," said five-time National Champion Bloomquist as he addressed those promoters seated at the roundtable. "We're glad with all the interest shown from the tracks and we know the fans will be even more thrilled when they see the shows we'll put on."

Joining Bloomquist and two-time STARS Circuit titlist Balzano as charter members of the formidable World of Outlaws Late Model Series 'Dirty Dozen' are Rick Aukland, Steve Francis, Rick Eckert, Chub Frank, Bart Hartman, Darrell Lanigan, Dale McDowel, Billy Moyer, Dan Schlieper and Wendel Wallace.

The 2004 World of Outlaws Late Model Series schedule remains under development as Boundless race officials are currently outlining approximately 40 full-fender events at 25 different tracks across the country.

Already confirmed is that Boundless' newest Late Model Series makes its debut February 3, 4, 6 and 8 at Volusia Speedway Park in DeLeon Springs, Fla. The inaugural Series' events at Volusia offers a winner's purse of $5,000 on Tuesday and Wednesday, posts $10,000-to-win on Friday and boasts a $12,000 first-place prize on Sunday.
