NORMAN, OK, July 15, 2004 / Business Wire / Boundless Motor Sports Racing, Inc. (OTCBB: BMSR) (Boundless) announced that former owner Ted Johnson and Competition Director Carlton Reimers are no longer employed by World of Outlaws, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Boundless, having either resigned or having been terminated for just cause.

This announcement follows Johnson’s appearance at Hartford Speedway Park in Hartford, MI yesterday, claiming to foreclose on the World of Outlaws assets. Boundless intends to vigorously pursue its legal options against Johnson and his affiliates for what Boundless believes to be Johnson’s wrongful conduct. Boundless intends to continue normal operations pending resolution of this situation.

Wow....that's big. This could get ugly, but I really don't see where Johnson has a legal foot to stand on. I think he just regrets having sold the company, only to see it flourish under Boundless, and is now trying to get it back.
