(DUNNVILLE, KENTUCKY) Brad Neat picked up the biggest win of his racing career last Saturday night, August 1 at the historic Hagerstown Speedway in Hagerstown, Maryland! Brad and the rest of the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series competitors rolled into Hagerstown for a $10,000 to win event. After winning his competitive heat race, Brad rolled off from the pole position in the 50-lap feature event. The Dunnville, Kentucky native led each and every circuit of the A-Main to record the $10,000 triumph over Earl Pearson, Jr., Jimmy Owens, Steve Francis, and Jason Covert.

Earlier in the weekend, the #41 team competed in a $10,000 to win Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series show on Thursday, July 30 at the Utica Rome Speedway in Vernon, New York. Brad finished sixth in heat race action and later passed eight cars in the 50-lap feature event to record a tenth place performance. The $7,000 to win event at the Winchester Speedway in Winchester, Virginia on Friday was washed out by Mother Nature. Following the East Coast swing, Brad sits eighth in the latest version of the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series point battle. You can view complete results online at www.lucasdirt.com.

"Any time you can beat the field of cars that we beat at Hagerstown, you have really done something," quoted Neat earlier in the week via telephone. "The Lucas Oil Series is such a tough deal and nothing comes easy against those guys. We broke out a new MasterSbilt car last weekend and it performed very well. I am looking forward to bringing it to Florence this weekend and see what happens. Hopefully, we can get Red Buck Cigars, T&T Energy, and all of our other great sponsors back in victory lane this weekend in the North/South 100!'

Brad and his #41 squad will now focus their efforts on the upcoming 'North/South 100' at the venerable Florence Speedway in Union, Kentucky. The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series will once again sanction the crown jewel event, which boasts a hefty $50,000 payday. Qualifying will be held at the Cincinnati area venue on Friday night, August 7, while heat races, consolation events, and the 100-lap 'North/South 100' will headline the program on Saturday evening, August 8. The cameras of the SPEED Channel will be on hand to tape all of the wheel-to-wheel competition for broadcast later in the year.
