(Lebanon) The drivers won't be the only ones have fun on the
speedway this Saturday in Lebanon. The Lebanon I-44 Speedway invites kids to bring their bicycles and compete in Kids' Bike Races during intermission.

Of course, there will be plenty of motorized racing action as well.
Last week's races featured some of the closest finishes race fans have seen all year at the Lebanon I-44 Speedway, and that intensity is only going to continue to grow during the next two months.

Larry Jones has not seen victory lane since earlier this year, but his string of consistent runs in the lightning fast Late Model class has him leading the points, ahead of Dustin Mooneyham by 26 points. David Hendrix leads the Modified points standings, ahead of Tony Jackson Jr.
by a 15 point margin. The Lebanon I-44 Speedway's 2006 Modified Champion Justin Neuman has struggled at times this year, but is hanging onto third in points, only 4 behind Jackson Jr. Kris Jackson's dominance of the Factory Stock class this year is as clear in the point standings as it is on the track. He leads 2nd place Lonnie Henderson by 41 points.

The closest points race is between the top six B-Modified drivers, separated by only 35 points. Josh Woody is the points leader in that class, ahead of Jason Otto by 13 points, Shawn Nations by 23 points, Jim Hayes by 25, Tyler Brown by 27, and Derrick Peterson by 35.
Meanwhile, fans of the Bombers have seen Landen Johnson pull to a 20 point lead over Joe Francis, while Josh Lewis leads Rich Reynolds by 5 points in the Rookie class.

In addition to the fastest racecars in Missouri, this week the high-banked Lebanon I-44 Speedway welcomes kids to participate in bike races at intermission. Kids of all ages will have a chance to try their two wheels on the speedway's red clay. Prizes include a boys or girls bike for the winner in each age group.

There is no better place to spend a late July Saturday night than at the Lebanon I-44 Speedway, the fastest 3/8-mile dirt track in the Midwest. Come see the Late Models, Modifieds, Factory Stocks, B-Mods, Bombers, Rookies, and Kid's Bike Races at intermission. Gates open at 5PM, racing starts at 7:30PM. Regular admission prices are in effect, and kids 12 and under are always free at the Lebanon I-44 Speedway, located off of interstate exit 135 on Old Route 66.
