MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND EVENT INFORMATION
Friday Night, May 28: Night one qualifying for modifieds with a complete program of heats (10 laps), b-main(s) (b-main laps TBD), and a 20-lap scramble. Top 16 from passing points from heats automatically go to scramble event. The remaining 4 cars for the 20-car/20-lap scramble will be determined by b-main event(s). The top 12 only from passing points will come to the front stretch during the intermission break for their scramble re-draw, which will determine how the scramble will line up 1st thru 12th. The cars that finished with the 13th, 14th, 15th, and 16th most amount of passing points from the heats will start in those positions in the scramble. Scramble starting positions 17th, 18th, 19th, and 20th will transfer from b-main(s). The top 12 finishers from the scramble event will make up starting positions 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, and 23 (inside row) for the $3,000 to win race on Saturday and are locked in.
No track points awarded for modifieds or street stocks this weekend.
Modified Entry Fee $135, Entry Includes Both Nights if Needed to Qualify Plus Driver Pit Pass (both nights). Those who pre-entered by last Saturday saved themselves $35.
Friday Night May 28: $1,500 to win Street Stocks. A complete program of heats and b-main(s) (if needed) will determine the starting lineup for the event, which will be determined solely by passing points from the heat races and additional straight up starters from the finishing order of the b-main(s). All street stock payout is on Friday night. The feature race will be 25 laps, heat races will be 10 laps.
Friday Night May 28: Inaugural appearance of the Ozark Mountain Midget Series, visit the OMMS online at www.ozarkmountainmidgets.com. All OMMS payout on Friday night.
Saturday Night May 29: Another COMPLETE PROGRAM for modifieds with heats, b-main(s), and scramble. Same concepts as mentioned above for Friday night. The top 12 from the scramble will then make up starting positions 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, and 24 (outside row) in the $3,000 to win, 40-lap race later on Saturday night. ALL WEEKEND modified payout is paid on Saturday night.
Saturday Night May 29: B-Modifieds and ULMA will compete for normal purse and normal race program track points. Modified feature payout is posted on event flyer at www.centralmissourispeedway.net, the feature pays $250 to start and $3,000 to win.
For race-day information call the track report line at 660-747-2166. Normal start times apply all weekend, 4:30 pits open, 5 grandstands open, 6:30 driver's meeting, 7 hot laps, racing at 7:30.
