Charter Communications to once again title the NASCAR Busch Series event at their hometown track

Madison, IL - Gateway International Raceway announced today that Charter
Communications would once again sponsor the NASCAR Busch Series Event on
Saturday, May 8, 2004. The green-flag will drop at 7:00 PM and be followed by a
spectacular fireworks show and concert by star country music group Diamond Rio.

New for 2004, Charter Communications a full-season NASCAR Busch Series primary
sponsor for Greg Biffle and car 60. Biffle will be looking to become the third driver to
win two Busch races at Gateway joining fellow Nextel Cup stars Dale Earnhardt Jr. and
Kevin Harvick. His last appearance at Gateway resulted in victory in the 2002 Charter
Pipeline 250.

The 2003 Charter Pipeline 250 Race at Gateway finished in dramatic fashion as Scott
Riggs edged out Mike Bliss in the final lap. This year's race should be another exciting
event with Biffle, Kasey Kahne, Johnny Sauter, Bobby Hamilton Jr. and St. Louis natives
Kenny and Mike Wallace will battle for the checkered flag.

Ticket prices for the Charter 250 range from $45-$60 (1/2 price for kids 12 and under).
