Chateau postpones Spring Challenge for IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars to April 26

LANSING, Minn. (April 16) – Chateau Raceway has postponed its season-opening Spring Challenge for IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars to Friday, April 26.
Promoter Darin Toot cited lack of track preparation time and continued cooler than normal forecasts in making the announcement.
The third annual special at Lansing will pay $1,000 to win and a minimum of $75 to start. IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National, Arnold Motor Supply Northern Region, Allstar Performance State and local track points will be awarded for the draw/redraw show.
Pit gates open at 5 p.m. and the grandstand opens at 5:30 p.m. Hot laps are at 6:30 p.m. with racing to follow. Entry fee and pit passes are both $25.
Spectator admission is $12 for adults and $5 for kids ages 6-12, with five and under free.
