There is actually a metal plate with a patent # and such on the headers.

I would guess a 2 square inch hole would flow more than a 2 inch diameter circle would.

My rusty old math skills tell me that the 2 inch round would be 3.14 square inches and change and the 2 inch square would be 4 square inches. They sure are pretty.

They have a bracket on them to help reduce cracking.

Who's car is this Jimmy? Personally I think the square tube looks ugly, but if they flow better then round tubing then why not..
