Clarksville Speedway Street Stock Fall Brawl

Open Motor Rules and 10" tires & wheels makes it kind of difficult for cars from this area to go and be competitive.
 
I ran my sportsman down there a couple years ago (allied legal) and they made us weigh more than anyone else because we had a dirt nose on it. Everyone else was on 10" tires, Bert's, 4barrels and who knows what else.
Finished 5th
 
I don't think the tires are too big a deal. It's the motor and carb that are tough to deal with.
 
Don't let the 10" tires scare, most of the winners there this year have been on 8" tires, beating the 10" tires.
And big motors aren't a big deal either cause it gets pretty slick. Always a good show. Come on down.
 
Hey if any local guys want to go down and run this and is worried about the motor i got a 406 thats pretty healthy they can run. But not sure to many will want change motors for this but hey i just thought id throw it out there.
 
This is purestock country and from what i read they wanna keep it that way, Herzog gettting 5th should tell you that there was 4 fast cars there,actually suprised he doesnt convert his sportsman over to a special event street stock just to go dust some arse's...but i will add I love your rule's should be a fun time
