Haubstadt, IN – July 1, 2014 – The Hoosier Tire Midwest Sprint Car Series will be in action again this weekend. The 410 non-wing series will make a special appearance at the Clay County Speedway in Flora, Illinois, on Saturday, July 5th.Everyone will have an opportunity to continue to celebrate the country’s independence with an evening at the races. Fireworks will be replaced by the thunderous roar of sprint car engines. The sprints will headline a show which will also include all the regular divisions at the track. In all five divisions of race cars will be in competition. The MSCS sprint car feature is scheduled to be pushed off first.The sprint car drivers will be racing for a purse that pays $2,000 to win and a minimum of $200 to start.
