Clay County Speedway racing this Saturday 6-29-12

We received several phone calls from drivers looking for a place to run this weekend for UMP points, so we WILL be racing this Saturday, but due to the heat, all times will be moved back 1 hour. (Pit gates open at 5:30, racing at 8:30) No hot laps(unless necessary), and short intermission for track prep only. Autograph session still a go for kids, and for those who brave the heat, free ice pops will be available while supplies last courtesy of Auto Zone and Clay County Speedway.

Kevin and crew did a great job running program. Heat was not too bad after sun started to go down. Thanks for having the races

Didnt get to see all the features but was a great race in the Mods and for 4th in the crates when you can run side by side for over 4 laps its a great track and great competitors to run with. also the hornet feature was good till the red saturn broke Thanks Linda for the autograph deal and to kevin and track crew for gettin it done in the heat But thought I would never say it but Pray for a WEEKDAY M-THUSDAY Rain LOL
