Colorado Late Model Associations becomes UMP Dirtcar Series for 2010

CLMA Promotions

DIRTcar CLMA - Promotions
The Colorado Late Model Association will be joining the UMP DIRTcar series for the 2010 Season. All of the 2010 CLMA race points will count towards the DIRTcar Colorado Late Model Association Points, UMP DIRTcar National Championship Points, the UMP DIRTcar Southwest Region Points, and there will be a new UMP DIRTcar Colorado Region that will be just for the CLMA. This will give the drivers that race with CLMA a chance to race for four points funds, plus they will have a new contengancy program, and a secondary insurance program for all drivers that join DIRTcar. This will be a huge improvent to help make the series better.

We are currently working on putting together a 20 race schedule for the 2010 season. We are working with Southern New Mexico Speedway, Black Hills Speedway, Gillette Thunder Speedway, Rolling Plains Speedway, Dodge City, I-76 Speedway, Colorado Motorsports Park, Phillips County Speedway, and a few others. We have confirmed races at I-76 Speedway for April 25th and at Colorado Motorsports Park for April 24th, July 10th, July 24th, and September 25th. We will also work with the Colorado Motorsports Park to help get there new weekly late model class up and running this year.

We will be finishing up the 2010 schedule right around the first of the year. Hopefully the 2010 season will be one of the best yet for the CLMA. If you have any questions please contact
