Well, Jimmy twisted my arm to bake cookies for Tri-City Friday night. So in honor of his Feature win at Brownstown last Saturday night, and to treat his good friend Jeremy Hines from Indiana who says he has NEVER had one of my "Race Track Chocolate Chip Cookies" ever in his whole life, and because Franko and Jill Ripperda asked politely for cookies, and because it may be the last night he races this year, I will bake a batch of them. It only makes 144 so get one if you can.
