Couple of beginner questions

Getting all of my ducks in a row to get my oldest son into a kart this year.
He just turned 8 may 14th, and we were gonna try and get him in one of the clone classes in a few weeks.
We have a Kart with a clone engine set up for a adult, and need some things to make it work for him.
I need a Seat. He weighs 60lbs and is 4ft 4 inches tall. I have a helmet lined up with a neck brace but just need to know what snell year it needs to be. I also am somewhat confused about what class he will be in. We will be running at Bedrock when we get all of this in line. Can someone tell me the weight, and plate that I will need to have him at.
Is there a Kart shop/store that I can just go to and get the things I'm gonna need for him.
I have never been to a kart race, and plan on taking him next weekend just to watch (he has a graduation this fri). Just plan on doing this for fun, as I have a 4 year old that would be a few years away from getting in one also.
We rarely miss a night at Belle Clair and Highland, so He is pretty pumped, and so am I to be honest.
Do Hobson's have a store?

Hobson has a shop at his house just call him and tell him what u need
if u order from Comet Kart in Indiana on a week day in the morning you will get it the next day
 
Koch call John he is a great guy to deal with and knows his stuff both my boys started this year and John helped us out in many ways
