Custom auto shops.

Hello, does anyone know any decent custom auto shops in the StL area that can install performance upgrades as well as aesthetic modifications, body kits, rims, tint, custom paint, seat instalation etc.?
I've found a couple like Speed and Sound but they don't seem to want to work on my car. Lol
