(CARPENTERSVILLE, ILLINOIS) Dennis Erb, Jr. and his #28 team debuted a brand-new Black Diamond Chassis from June 4-6 in the 21st edition of the ‘Dirt Late Model Dream’ at the hallowed high banks of Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio. Things kicked off at the “Big E” with a pair of preliminary Twin 25 showdowns, which helped set the field for Saturday’s crown jewel extravaganza.On Thursday night, Dennis timed in second fastest in his group during qualifying, ran second in his heat race, and later advanced up to third in the $2,500 to win feature to finish behind only winner Jonathan Davenport and runner-up Dale McDowell. At Eldora on Friday evening, Dennis won his heat race prior to grabbing the lead on lap 13 of the main event. The Carpentersville, Illinois star then led the remainder of the 25-lap distance to bag the $5,000 winner’s check ahead of Tim McCreadie, Jason Feger, Don O’N ...
