I've always taken 67 thru White Hall, etc.

Yahoo maps says to cross the JB Bridge, up to Alton and take 111

opinions?

way to go

thats the way i like going you will come right into jacksonville come into town your on sothmain go to stop light at morton will be big farriswheel on your left make a left go straight thru a bunch of lights to west gate street gas station on coner is fanco make right at lights an go straight the track will be about 5 blocks down on right hand side come on up be a hack of a show hope this helped you ooppps the one is south main you come in on

Hwy 111 used to be Hwy 67 back a few years ago. They moved it around up north of Godfrey 6 or 7 years back.

I think the quickest way for most of you is go to Godfrey old speedway and then North. It is alot quicker than going through Jerseyville,Carrolton and White hall.jmo

i usually cross mckinley and go rt 3/111 to 67. if you go to exit past jacksonville(old36/72)right it turns into morton then left on s. westgate ave will put you there too. have fun, we'll be there the 3rd.

One other option would be to go 111/267, then cross over west to Carrollton on ILL-108. It's only like 10 miles from 267 to 67, and you miss Jerseyville and most of Carrollton.

So 67 doesn't go thru White Hall and all those other little towns?

67 goes thru Jerseyville, Carrollton, White Hall, and Roodhouse. 267 goes thru Brighton, Greenfield, Woodson, and South Jacksonville. But 67 is a four-lane highway north of Roodhouse.

Which ever way you come into town,, slow down in South Jacksonville. The speed limits drop pretty quick and S. Jax police really like S. Main up to Dairy Queen!! There is alot going on in J'ville this weekend, it is Cruise Night on Saturday so there will be alot of traffic this weekend.

Go North, if you end up in Hannibal, MO, turn right on I-72, if you end up in Springfield, IL turn left on I-72

No need to go all the way up to Hannibal if you elect to take MO-Rt. 79 up from I-70. Cross the Champ Clark bridge (US-Rt. 54 at Louisiana) Go almost all the way thru Pittsfield, then turn left at the last stoplight (just past the Pike County Courthouse square.) Follow Rt. 54 north to I-72, then exit on I-72 eastbound. (towards Springfield) Then exit on US 67 northbound. (towards Jacksonville) Then exit on Business Loop 72 (Morton Avenue)
